Inspection prices depend on the size of the house, We charge $190 for houses less than 2000 sq ft with an additional $35 for termite inspection by an individual pest control company. I will travel outside of a 50 mile radius for an additional charge with the high price of gasoline the way it is now.

Inspection reports include a 12 page hard copy of every component of the structure from the roof to the foundation. If there is no power or water to the building, it is impossible to check component such as HVAC and plumbing.
